At Motion Vitality Pilates (MVP), established in 2025, we are proud to offer a wide range of state-of-the-art Pilates and GYROTONIC® equipment. Our private, semi-private studio classes, as well as our group classes — including Fit-lates, Mat, Reformer, Konnector®, TRX® and Circuit training — are designed to meet all your fitness needs with the latest and most advanced equipment.

Our expert team tailors group and one-on-one private sessions to meet all our clients' needs. Whether you're seeking prenatal/postnatal Pilates, aiming to improve sports performance, or simply wanting to enhance your fitness and posture, we have you covered.

Additionally, our rehabilitation unit offers specialized services for post-injury recovery, scoliosis, senior pilates, osteoporosis, and various other conditions.
We were honoured to welcome Master Educator Shelly Power of @polestarpilates and @polestarpilates.usa to our studio to host the first-ever Polestar Transition (Bridging) Program in Canada — an advanced training designed for experienced instructors to refine their expertise and deepen their understanding of Polestar’s holistic approach to movement and education.

Motion Vitality Pilates (MVP), founded by Gary Fok in 2025, offers an unparalleled range of Pilates and GYROTONIC® sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs, goals, budgets, and schedules of our clients. To enhance the training experience, we also integrate other exercise methods such as Body Kinetics, Konnector®, HIIT, TRX®, and Functional Movement techniques, ensuring a holistic mind-body workout.

Our MVP studios are fully equipped with a comprehensive array of Pilates and GYROTONIC® equipment, alongside auxiliary exercise accessories. Our team consists of dedicated, experienced professionals extensively trained in the Pilates and GYROTONIC® methods, as well as various other exercise disciplines.
